Here the strategy that has been used by the MMs. They have plenty of shares on hand. They know news is coming. They are willing to sacrifice 10 or 20 million shares to scare people and force it down. The strategy is working as investors are not willing to hit the ask anymore thinking it is going to go down. However, they don’t understand that if BIEL gets approval on Friday, stock will open above 30 on Monday easily.
