I want to clarify that he said R/S as if he didnt know. But what he did know for a fact is that VLNX would change to 'VLNXD', which automatically indicates reverse split.

So we know it's a reverse split. They just will not tell us how big it is. Most reverse splits are large and bad, but some (and because OS is low), he wants to keep the new LOFB companies OS to 100 Million.

VLNX has an OS of 411 Mill according to Onebrokemama, whom asked, or found out. Many shares are going to VGID (20 MILL), some going to those share holders, as well as shares going to LOFB shareholders, etc.
