There was a conference call 3 to 4 weeks ago where Buzzy was asked about LOFB and VLNX. He said "between you and I, I wouldnt be in VLNX right now. VLNX will go through a possible R/S, or something else."

He than said, "when you see VLNX change to VLNXD, that means there is 30 days until things go live."

When a "D" is attached to a ticker, it means a reverse split is coming. You can look that up.

I cannot remember the reference ID, but it may be the same reference ID as the most recent conference call that was Monday.

Thays why you had so much selling as of recent. That is why I have been trying to find out what the reverse split would be. I just cant get them to answer and it's really pathetic.
