Cool Technologies Inc (WARM)

Someone is happy to dump shares at 0.035. I'm thinking holders of the convertible debt given 52 week low is 0.03 and not many shares traded at that price. We have to be close to having blown through the flippers that bought into the news with no intention of holding over a few days.
BTW, I saw a 2016 SEC white paper that said the average period an OTC stock is held is 16 days. I seriously doubt that is the peak of a Gaussian distribution. I'd like to see the stats but I imagine less than 5% of trades end up being held form a month.
