That's correct pin...charting pennies especially micro-pennies is futile and a wasted effort mainly due to the uncertainty of sell volume that can come in out of nowhere and absolutely crush the PPS. Pennies are erratic traders unless it's a "flatline" but who would even look to invest in a penny stock that has been flatlined for years and years...that would be a hole into which you throw your money away for good.
Buy on potential....BIEL has plenty of that!!
