Crai,Purchase by the BOD? How? Who on the BOD has the cash?

Leveraged buyout? Who would loan PN a dime?

We agree that the first reverse split to stay on the Nasdaq turned out as predicted....a failure. Very little money has been raised since the company's R/S was completed. IMO the shorts retain control of the stock. How did that first R/S work for you PN? Was it so good we have to re-up?
