READ THE TIMELINE. DAY 90 which will hit on November 2nd will be followed by Day 100 on November 12, where the FDA must give the company an explanation in writing why the Actipatch is not approved yet.

Since the FDA had questions and then Biel answered with no additional feedback, it means that the Actipatch will be approved this week.
