Ford, the article only answers the question to which no one really asked. Namely, what happens to a worthless company that is suspended. That is not the case here - not even remotely. The question we really want to know is - how much is Pixelmags really worth? What happens when the company becomes private and yet we still want information about our investment? Are we still entitled to it in the same manner as before? As a private shareholder, is our share equity converted into profit-taking equity? All manner of things not even remotely covered by the article. But thanks anyway for trying to answer some of the questions.
