so far SIAF has communicated 36.6% ownership and that half of this will be distributed.


Im very confused right now, from what I have read here earlier I got the impression that Siaf owns 36,6% of TRW today and that those shares has nothing to do with this upcoming dividend. Triway has some debt to Siaf and this debt will be settled with 18% Triway shares that will go straight to Siaf shareholders. Whether Siaf in a later stage will distribute any of their 36,6% to shareholders are highly speculative. Right? Thats why I have my theory that Solomon will control at least 36,6% of Triway through Siaf.
