Yes, but I will repeat that this is purely speculative; So far SIAF has NEVER EVER said that they will retain 36.6% after the distribution.

One might speculate that things have changed and that this will be the case going forward, but assuming it to be a fact is something very different - so far SIAF has communicated 36.6% ownership and that half of this will be distributed.
