NITE or CSTI - one of these member firms is the one reporting almost 2,000,000 ACCR shares SHORT, as required by FINRA Rule 4560.

Just type in Access Power, Inc, NO DASH, because my DASH was not effective until early September 5th, 2018 on the daily list.......Again, just type in Access Power, Inc in the search field, and there is the information for all the world to see. In 2018, there is some transparency when it comes to SHORT REPORTING by FINRA MEMBER FIRMS. In the old days, member firms would compete against each other cloaked for $$$$$. Traders have BOSSES, and they must make money trading.

Why would someone SHORT almost 2,000,000 shares of my Company stock in July 2018, is a mystery to me.

BLOOD IS IN THE WATER.....a shark, like a GREAT WHITE could come swim by, and battle it out with the smaller shark.

Believe in me, I will not dilute any shares in 2018 and 2019 - buy back the stock in the open market. So, when someone asks....why would any care about short covering a $368 worth of a grey sheet stock....well, hmmm,,,,,,,that could cost them alot more money at $4.45 per share.

Good Bye.
