Equity Short Interest

"FINRA Rule 4560 requires FINRA member firms to report their short positions in all over-the-counter (“OTC”) equity securities to FINRA. OTC equity short interest is available for view by issue, or by downloadable pipe-delimited text file containing all OTC equity securities reported with a short position. Data is available online for one rolling year based on the settlement date provided in the Short Interest Reporting Deadlines and archived data is available via download.

Please refer to the Short Interest Reporting Deadlines for the current reporting schedule. Additional information relating to short interest reporting can be found here."

So, we have a FINRA MEMBER FIRM that is short almost 2,000,000 shares of my Company. This probably happened at NITE or one of the other firms that made a market on the SELL SIDE, and naked shorted my Company to the BUY SIDE which began for the period ending 7/31/2018. For the settloement period ending 7/15/2018, there is no reported short interest by the member firm.

On July 13, 2018 -----> PROBABLY settled after the 15th, almost 4.5mln shares traded that day. BELIEVE IN ME!!!

Listen, I have no beef with the SELL SIDE. These are just simple facts of life.

The problem is, how will a member FINRA firm buy 2,000,000 shares of my Company, if there is NOTHING FOR SALE IN THE OPEN MARKET?

What would happen if every LONG BUYER sell a GTC to sell stock way up above at $4.45 per share? What if there was another SHARK BUYER out there, competing with the NAKED SHORT in their attempt to cover at the open market? I have all my 131,128,500 shares in NON TRADEABLE FORM - certificates or book entry at my transfer agent.

131,128,500 shares divided by 244,144,121 = 53.70946%

I have the shareholders list, and there is alot of stock in CEDE, and in certificate form. I estimate the public float to less than 100,000,000. Probably much less than this figure.

All these questions, and all the time in the world for me to think about it. What if there is another 20,000,000 or even 100,000,000 share buyer that will believe in me, and I PROMISED IN SEC filings not to dilute in 2018, nor in 2019.

BELIEVE IN ME.
