NSI is a part of Snakes Distribution, it is not its own subsidiary.... and the type of distribution they do doesn’t produce exciting news that often.

NSI completely collapsed before we purchase them, because of a family tragedy. It was only a 750,000 share purchase, so it doesn’t break us no matter what happens.

If anything, we purchased management talent through the acquisition. The owner has experience building/distributing $10’s of millions in product
