So why wait for 2 or 3 weeks after Nov 15 when they have to pay it anyway?

Indeed. They might be scared of giving both the distribution and the cash dividend at the same time, since that will make the PPS fall after the distribution and we might go into another downwards trend even with the cash dividend.

If they announce the cash dividend policy on the 14th (assuming 15th is the date where you don't qualify for the TRW-shares anymore) then the cash dividend itself might give more support post distribution than it would if it is officially declared now.

This, of course, means that the PPS at the time of distribution will be lower than if they had given us the ex date for the cash dividend now.

Or they might not have secured the cash-flow yet (we'er still not mid/late Q4, although we're getting there), they might be brain-dead or other reasons

If they think they may have to dilute then they should have raised the A/S already

Assuming that they play by the book that is... Weren't they a bit late with increasing AS last year? (before the ECAB-deal were renegotiated?)

They already said they will give quarterly updates on this

And they also said that they would provide us with the appraisal of TRW... Well, I expect them to deliver this sometime in the future, but we don't know WHEN they will start doing so. Is there any good reasons why they haven't done so already? If so; what? (and when will that change) If no; why haven't we gotten them already? (fear of being accused of pumping the PPS?) And when will that change?

And of course they have to tell us how much of TRW SIAF will retain. In the Q-3 report

Well, they have - over and over again. So far the only indication that SIAF might retain more than 18.3% is speculations from a bad wording in the announcement. I'm not saying it's not a possibility, but we can't expect SIAF to adress any speculation there is about SIAF. Hence you might need to adress this for the QA in CC Q3 if you want an answer

I don't think I'm setting the bar too high

Not by normal standard, but by SIAF standards... wink
