They have to pay it anyway. So why wait for 2 or 3 weeks after Nov 15 when they have to pay it anyway? I don't think they are that stupid.

With regards to dilution they might elaborate some in the 10-Q



If they think they may have to dilute then they should have raised the A/S already. As I said before, it takes at least 4 weeks until it becomes effective. So you can't have it both ways. Either it ends, or they should raise the A/S.

Good luck with trying to have them give some guidance for the TRW-division



That should be the easy part. They already said they will give quarterly updates on this. If they can't tell us what to expect in terms of revenue then what do you suppose they plan to tell us? It should be fairly easy based on the contracts they have.

So no, I don't think I'm setting the bar too high.

And of course they have to tell us how much of TRW SIAF will retain. In the Q-3 report.
