You're putting the bar too high... If they aren't completely brain-dead we'll have the cash dividend announcement before November 14th, but they might not realize that we need the announcement before (the end of the) payment date and hence just declare it when they file the 10-Q for Q3 (which makes us very prone to any delays on the filing)

With regards to dilution they might elaborate some in the 10-Q, but again that will be too late. More likely they will not adress it in the 10-Q, but in the CC Q3 - and then be vague (which they have to, to some degree)

Good luck with trying to have them give some guidance for the TRW-division They did give guidance(ish) in the last CC (expecting similar or slightly better performance going forward), but I think you're expecting... eh, too much.

I don't think there will be any clarification of SIAFs stake after the distribution. So far this is a pure speculation based on a (not uncommon) bad wording in the announcement. Also, if it turns out to be a valid speculation, it will just question TRWs profitability. You'll have to wait till the CC Q3 for this one.
