They have to do 3 things by Nov 14.

1) Tell us that dilution is over.
2) Announce the cash dividend
3) Show us a CA contract or give guidance for the TRW trade division.

We also need clarity on whether SIAF retains 18.3% or 36.6% of TRW.

There will not be a countdown clock this time. I will recommend everyone to sell their SIAF shares if we don't get these things.
