It is true. Aurora is one of a kind. Outdoor crop is not a risk needed to take. They have the technology, the infrastructure... costed millions.

Entrepreneurs, farmers, and real estate owners however... they see opportunity - Flip a chunk of agricultural land doing 20k in revenue into a gold field worth hundreds of millions.
That's a risk many would take. Even if one or two years are write offs.
