So they paid $2.29 per share?? That don't seem right.



No, that’s not right. That’s Aisling Capital’s part of the $70M private placement with New Enterprise Associates and Perceptive Advisors, et al. They paid $4 per share for 2M shares, and the 1.5M warrants that were awarded (free) with the offering are immediately exercisable at $5 per share.
At the time the deal was announced, the share price was ~$6, so it appears discounted, but it was likely being negotiated well before this while the share price was lower.
