* Not correct. LIBE has no products for sale. It has NO lighting, security, fire detection and stored energy products on the market for sale.

2. We are 100% powered by Wind Energy, Solar Energy and future Geo-Thermal Energy.

* LIBE has NO FACILITIES to power with same. Unless of course the CEOs kitchen table is powered by wind, solar, and Geo-Thermal

3. The patent pending GuardLite is 100% powered by the wind and sun, through wind turbines and solar panels, which capture an unlimited supply of natural energy.

* On paper perhaps. This product is not being manufactured nor sold. It is pure fiction at this point in time.

4. We are constantly expanding, through developing and marketing our products; as well as acquisition and merging with promising companies that share our vision.

* Not only is LIBE not expanding - it has zero products on the market. Expand zero to zero is zero. Zero acquisitions. Zero mergers.

5. We utilize high tech lighting, Wifi HD Camera with audio, infrared, facial recognition software “Smart Wifi”, Motion Tech, Non-Grid, Non-Fossil Fuel Energy. Excess energy may be used for other electrical components. We also utilize an advanced fire warning system.

* None of this is real. It is all supposedly in planning - for the PAST FOUR YEARS. None of it exists in the real world.

6. We donate 3% of every sale to The AllHumanity Group; supporting many non-government charities that help children and families globally."

Donating 3% of zero revenue is zero donations.
