Pacer Update:
10/26/2018 325 ORAL ORDER: The Court has reviewed the parties' letters. (D.I. 323 , 324 ). All existing scheduling dates are vacated. Since the schedule is going to be extended in any event, the Court does not see any reason why it should pick a date that will, if counsel is to be believed about their respective issues (Plaintiff -- other commitments and holidays; Defendant -- prejudice due to document dump and holidays), inconvenience or prejudice one side or the other. The expert reports currently due October 23, 2018, are now due November 30, 2018, at 5:00 p.m. (which I understand meets Plaintiff's "other commitments" problem, see D.I. 323, Exh. A, suggesting that date for the reply expert reports). The parties should submit a jointly agreed schedule for the remainder of the dates now being vacated. Ordered by Judge Richard G.
