Anything is possible. Perhaps our best chance of receiving some money is a liquidation distribution should they go bankrupt. As I remember it, they had a lot of cash before they acquired another company.

The thing making it problematic is, we own ADR's. Deutsche Bank didn't support them anymore so we were almost forced to pay a fee, or give up the shares. I asked my broker who should pay that fee but they were unable to answer it. Anyhow, the shares are "locked" now. So it seems.

There are probably a number of lawsuits going on in the background.

You can always distance yourself from certain shares by contacting your broker and filling in a form. But I wouldn't do that.

I have 5,000 shares.
