Mounting evidence that $MMEX is building a refinery and will start building very soon!!

The first phase of the refinery could be in operation by the second half of 2019.

Jack W. Hanks, president and CEO of MMEX Resources Corp., called the agreeing to a contractor giant leap forward” for the project.

In conclusion, if Phase 1 will be in operation by 2nd half of 2019, they are going to start building the MMEX refinery very soon!!!
