Sounds like a fools play since ADX only pays a nickle per QUARTER where as the Cornerstones pay .23 cents MONTHLY and is currently trading at bargain prices.

Pay $15.00 bucks with a quarterly nickle dividend or pay $12.00 for the Cornerstones who pay .23 cents MONTHLY
