I started thinking about this today and it was came to me too, this was a great way to play this. If they released everything at once it might have traded higher than that would be like no more events to drive it up.
With more good news to release this give the stock time change hands many times over. So all shares will have been traded around 20 ish.
What a nice base for another rocket blast off for another huge leg up.
Very smart to do it this way.
