It would seem I agree and I think you are correct. The 5% to Sophia Newsome (McHenry's Ex Wife who signed the Article of Dissolution of TORQ as "GENERAL MANAGER" with the Great State of UTAH) that reverted to Simon Hoyle will be a "WRENCH IN THE PROGRAM"

So, Whomever the CEO or Consultant for DUTV is has to grapple with that. You as many others have that document. Can't get away from it but will need to deal with it..

BTW, anyone look at the issue "Tribal Lands are Federal Property and Jeff Sessions is "Attorney General" I would think California is better suited than AG Sessions telling you not no but Absolutely Not on Federal Lands.
