WOW! Let's change the subject and try to deflect from the fact that CONSULTANT CEO Seth Shaw has serially hosed the TAUG investors!

Let's be very clear! This is the TAUG discussion Board and other than TAUG's PAID CONSULTANT, not one poster has expressed any recent concerns about the guy named Berman and his company DECN! Nobody cares who did what to whom 2 1/2 years ago!

Berman has no bearing on the fact Shaw continues to bludgeon the TAUG INVESTMENT COMPANY shareholders! Berman has nothing to with CONSULTANT CEO Seth Shaw's myriad of screw-ups! Shaw did each and every one of them all by himself!

Berman didn't cause the TAUG share price to plummet by a factor of 99% from 20 cents to a split-adjusted .00025! Berman didn't crush the TAUG investors with massive dilution by issuing the equivalent of 4 BILLION newly printed shares, representing a 25X increase in the O/S, since late 2012! Nope Berman had nothing to do with it and Berman probably sat by, laughing his butt off, as he watched Shaw make it happen!
