If we showed him a copy of the countersigned contract, he'd just demand to see the cancelled check for the $75K payment. He won't be satisfied no matter what anyone else says.

It isn't worth wasting any more time or energy on this topic. He won't believe anything good about the company unless and until he receives the first dividend...maybe not even then.
