Mexus signed the contract with Major Drilling and paid the money. Period

The contract states that the "down-payment"(security deposit) needs to be paid when the contract is signed for the contract to be "in effect". DUH!

We all read the contract many days ago and remember it well.

The letter from "Major Drilling" states the contract is "in effect". Period

I bet the goal posts continue to move, it's the Democratic way!
