I know I still keep coming back to this. Over on Stockhouse The Stacker showed court, errrr, translated language that these dual positions were simple court accepted nuances and did not have any material consequences as Llanos was an employee of Barrick and had always INTENDED to transfer ownership to Barrick via CMN AT SOME POINT IN TIME??????

There needs to be a reason for Llanos to have changed his position as to what his relationship was with CMN,from not being employed or an agent or knowing and that of being totally independent??????
