Why do you keep saying that? You must know BY NOW that that's not true.
It ("he earned his PhD in Pharmacology from Harvard University") was in the 2008 10-K as well.
https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1355250/000135525008000027/form10ksb.htm
The first Cellceutix filing that it seems to have appeared in was the January 11, 2008 Form 8-K/A filing providing the required information regarding the Company's acquisition.

But the inaccurate public information regarding Director Menon's background didn't begin there and it didn't magically appear in Cellceutix's filings as a result of a flawed magazine article.
The first mention of it ("Dr. Menon received a PhD from Harvard. While at Harvard, he performed pre-clinical studies on AZT, an important anti-HIV drug.") that I noticed appeared in a NanoViricides press release on June 9, 2005.
https://www.businesswire.com/news/home/20050609005070/en/Employee-Year-Eli-Lilly-Company-Accepts-Chief
NanoViricides repeated the falsehood(s) in an INFORMATION AND DISCLOSURE STATEMENT
Pursuant to Rule 15c2-11 under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 dated October 19, 2006 which also stated that "Dr. Menon is Chairman of the drug development advisory board at Harvard."

I don't know whether the pre-clinical AZT work and Chairman of the drug development advisory board at Harvard assertions were accurate statements but they seem to have disappeared over time.
Summing up:
Although this Company can't be held accountable for Menon's previous Company's misstatements, HE certainly can. And to allow those misrepresentations to continue for a period of years, including in documents that Menon himself signed, is simply inexcusable. The fact that the repetition of the falsehoods ended in 2010, which isn't quite the same thing as correcting them....the errors were never formally acknowledged by this Company..isn't exactly bragging material.
BTW, Leo Ehrlich was NNVC's CFO at the time of that Company's false statements.
But can it core A apple?
Yes Ralph, of course it can core A apple.
