Someone at the company copied an incorrect one from elsewhere not realizing it was incorrect. That time saving move turned out to be very dumb.

Leo and Menon corrected it in the 10-K the next year. It didn't take years.

Dr Menon never stated his phd was from Harvard.

Where it appears to have started was in India due to a misunderstanding. Translation issue???

Dr Menon had been working under Dr Frei while at Harvard. He was working for his phd from Kerala University at the time with his Harvard work counting towards it.

The incorrect bio info has been floating around online for years and wasn't generated by Dr Menon. But, many seem to pick it up and believe it.

Someone at the company prepping a filing to the SEC mistakenly copied an incorrect bio into the 10-K in 2009. someone other than Dr Menon made the dumb mistake. It was corrected in the 2010 10-K. And, it was also clarified in the frivolous lawsuit that was filed against the company in 2015 and since dismissed. That is why most aren’t concerned with that hit piece stating otherwise.

This is all a moot point now. They need to come up with a partnership or deal of some kind with a pharma.
