one explanation why this stock does not act the way you think it should is because it is a tiny company.
A small amount of money can move the stock whichever way you want it to move.
I do not think this stock will drop to .05 because it sells drugs to Americans addicted to taking drugs.
This company is not a Leman Brothers, Worldcom or Chrysler that will go bankrupt.

And to short a stock that sells legitimate products takes a lot of guts or that person has lost his reasoning.

What will happen will happen and predicting is difficult, especially the future according to a Danish engineer.
