Okay Scruff here's a suggestion. Depending on the pps after resolution of the lawsuit, anyone that chooses to play will be responsible to kick in let's say a thousand bucks for every ten cents of the final pps, or whatever number might make more sense to others. Ex: fifty cents pps we each owe $5000; w/ twenty players that's another hundred grand or so for the closest guess...
