So basically, what Jerry is saying is that the companies getting shares and warrants for money have been legally (due to private exception from rule 105) shorting prior to the financing deal, and I would guess, they are saying this is why NWBO has not been making public offerings for many years, because they know the shorts/financiers would be restricted from giving them money. So every time NWBO does a toxic deal, they have been rolling out the red carpet, whether they wanted to or not, for shorting of their own stock and this has precipitated a lengthy price slide (only interrupted by NW's infusion). They might further add that all these questionable trial end date predictions were there knowing full well they'd get shorted right through them, but it was, NWBO might argue, the only way to obtain funding, and the loyal longs should have figured this all out, as it did not pay to be loyal or long during those times, when in fact, NWBO/Toucan/Cognate waited until the stock went down to .17 cents to really start getting their own cheap stock in massive amounts through debt financing (not exactly loyal), and they would have known when this bottom was going to occur, as they were watching the henhouse. Does that about cover it Jerry? Oh, and the whole naked short thing was to distract from this inevitable process that went over years and years. Longs always getting signals from management that they were just about to the end of the long road in 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, but in 2018, NWBO no longer sang this just about there song. Instead they said, huh, could take until the last or next to last patient dies. So in a way, what Jerry is saying, I think, is that the company and vulture funds worked together, all the while NWBO blaming naked shorts. And when Cognate bought themselves out, NWBO was able to take further advantage of this driven down price to get cheap shares, again, knowing where the bottom really was. Now they could: 1. rinse wash and repeat by reverse splitting, or 2. they could unblind the trial if results are good and become very very wealthy. Correct?
