I honestly don't know how we're not revoked yet. The Administrative Law Judge gave a deadline of Oct 12th to respond, which according to the SEC website we did not. The order further states that IF a response was filed (which again, it doesn't appear to have been filed), we would have until Oct 26th to submit a proposal for how to proceed.

I guess the ALJ and the courts are under a gag order as well. :)
