Why is it that almost every day we will see very large sales at times of low volume?

That's easy.

They have manipulating the PPS to keep it up high enough to unload the shares purchased at a discount from NWBO. This is very low volume because nobody really cares.

Then they decide they have enough retail fish on the hook to dump some shares to. And that is the real volume.

Already back up over .19 on about 10k shares.
