IR of Mr. Cooper Group said they will file a 10-Q of the combined company in early October. Everybody is waiting for the 10-Q for Q3. The latest possible filing date is 11/09/2018. Why didn't they file in early October? I can imagine 3 possibilities

1) They want to allow their buddies to cover shorts and/or accumulate as many shares as possible
2) The merger was more complicated than expected and that's why it takes "a little bit" longer.
3) The merger was more expensive than expected and that's why there is much less profit for Q3 than expected and so they need additional time to "pretty up" the 10-Q
4) They can apply the NOLs also to the gains of Q1 and Q2 and that's why they have to rework Q1 and Q2 also, which takes more time than expected, but which is good for us

Which is the most likely?

Any other ideas?!?
