Pretty good assessment. But the 11 investors are also aware of his history and yet still invested $1.2M, not by buying toxic shares, but by buying warrants and Pref Es that, once converted, are already sold at more competitive prices. Plus the 1 year restriction on selling those 491M shares.

Point is, they are going to be somewhat involved in watching his financials and course correcting for the next few years (at minimum 1 and up to 5). Future investors are the target for ICNB and hopefully future growth in sales for Bellissima, BiVi, and possibly some cannibis drink.
