Mark Fisher Indictment for the VLBI scam - Not sure how i missed that

It's not on Pacer yet but should be there soon.

That's great news. Fisher belongs in jail. He's been involved in a whole bunch of stock manipulation schemes very similar to what he and Marin did with VLBI.

Fisher will definitely be disbarred. Hopefully he ends up in prison too.

A little bit of trivia about Mark Fisher is that he was born Mark Felstein but changed his name on March 24, 2008 (Fisher is his mothers maiden name)

Mark Felstein (Fisher) first became Eddy Marin's attorney in early 2003 when Marin started suing internet providers for blocking his spam. They also went after spam fighters like Spamhaus and Adam Brower through their entity emarketsAmerica.org. The lawsuits didn't go well for Felstein and Marin. The following is a hilarious filing done by the Spamhaus people looking to collect damages/legal fees. They really ripped into Felstein (Fisher) - they described him as "rambling" and "incoherent" and repeatedly pointed out his short comings as an attorney in the case:

If that wasn't embarrassing enough.... Mark Felstein (Fisher) applied to be admitted to the New York State bar in 2003 and got denied because of "character and fitness concerns included petitioner's misconduct in college, history of substance abuse, criminal record and lack of candor since college concerning such matters."

Fisher was a major key to the whole VLBI scam. Marin had to sue Fisher to get his VLBI shares.

There are still others that were involved in the VLBI scam that haven't been named in litigation including major players like Roy Williams, Mike Bongiovanni, Chris Cottone, and Joel Schneider.

The Fisher/Marin connections to Richard Rossi shouldn't be ignored either. Rossi represented Marin when Marin sued Fisher to get his cut in the deal and Rossi recommended an attorney for Linda Valentine basically screwing her over so she'd have no chance defending her company against Fisher, Marin, and Williams.

Anyways, Fisher being Indicted is a great first step. Maybe he'll cooperate to try to get a reduced sentence and give up information on some of the other major players involved. VLBI wasn't the only Issuer this group (Bongiovanni/Cottone/Williams/Fisher/Marin) manipulated and used for a share selling scheme.
