I have a few questions, if settlement happens will the price shoot up because people are buying off the hype, if so how will their shares get filled with these crappy brokers on the grey market. Next if settlements happens will the price be reflected of what the settlement amount is that is going into the business account, and if so Carter doesnt have to report anything because we are on the grey market, no filing with the Sec, we cant see proof besides the court. He can even write off a lot of it for the patent fee, court fee and other owner fees. He could simply pay use a small dividend???
