Shoulbe; It means technicals are better than 30 days ago.
OBV from Sep 17 to Oct 19 increased 3.3k.
About 6% of the float has been bought up since then that I get from that ratio.
The PPS then & now remains static because of arbitrage. So in effect the shares you bought in September and now today are now at a premium in real value.
I have a feeling any zone testing news will cause something more than a simple 'reaction high'.
