Things change. Li obviously expected manufacturing to primarily to take place in China ( he does have IP for CE) and sales to take place in Asia.
CLearly he started with the idea that LQMT would be his US$ holding for US business as well. However the LF plant is small and there are no volume orders that we know of. So the maze may be lined up for Asia/China, not so much the US (or Europe). After nearly three years, nothing. I wonder how many dollar holdings he really has. Remember Panamagate?
