Looking at the Bayer Monsanto deal and its aftermath, it appears a California Judge found Monsanto liable in a Cancer cause case, and awarded the Plaintiff's 289 million in damages. There are many more lawsuits 2 follow, with all of them now Bayer's responsibility. So as small or as big as it may be, the BIEL SEC debacle might well be needed 2 come 2 a full conclusion, before any Bayer announcement. Just my opinion as it seems an SEC settlement has been put on the table. Have a great day all. Yes, I see that as a "critical must happen".
