Thx - Just blown away at the o/s count. 212.4M is rather LOW and although there has been some dilution, I truly feel that it has been quite modest considering that Mr. Market is still pummeling Da for his past mistakes.

This should run as valuations by any measure are still off the charts LOW. GLTY. So blessed that I added when I did.

Only need an avrg of $5.6M for Q3 and Q4 and BAM $23M in Revs
