Now this is where we are in 100% agreement plus the fact that something has been going one with the pps for the last few months especially...there has been some big big moves on the bid but someone just keeps selling when those large bids appear...
Should know much more at the CC when O/S is announced...we know they handed out 50K each to those board members who probably sold as soon as they rec'd them...
Going forward when INNV tries to raise 5,000,000.00 more dollars I figure if the stock price remains @ .105 then with a discount applied around .07 if not more, they would have to issue over 70,000,000.00 more shares to raise 5,000,000.00 they would need. Unless they do the R/S and then try to raise the cash....
My thoughts are if they raise the A/S then its curtains...Meaning they intend to drain everything out of INNV they can...
Even though at this point I don't think they can save the company without some drastic measures or a lot of good luck right now they still have a shot but I don't know what effects the Hurricanes will have on INNV 4th qtr...
