Sure thing - let me please crystallize this for ya:

I am within a milly shares with my assumption of 38M left to issue SO:

Assuming an average of 15 cents, if all 38M go, then we are at our 292 a/s BUT raised $5.7M.

What this means in English is we easily have Q4 of 2018 AND 2 more Qtrs in 2019 before we have to worry Bate. Their spending ~1.5M now per qtr so that is 4.5M of the 5.7M (assuming 15 cents) Milly+ left for Extra Fluti marketing and product launches ! Lots o time my friend - WOW
