It's a BOOM TOWN!!!!! Just like Reno Nevada is booming!!! Nipton will soon be another Las Vegas!!!!

Must be a massive housing shortage due to the boom!! Look at the tents and tipis 50 yards from the railroad tracks!!! The boom is so intense in Nipton that they now resort to teepee's and tents!!!!!

Man!! LIBE makes the BEST DEALS!! And in the very best locations as well!!!! Look at the boom underway where LIBE once years ago received a $5,000 deposit for imaginary guard lites!

I can't imagine why Brian didn't just move to Nipton to enjoy the ride into boom town status!!!
