When does the new share structure go into effect? When it does, Will the price change for the worse with all those outstanding shares? Also, what is cedeco? I just have a feeling that no matter what it trades at the day before the new share structure goes into effect, the next day its going to drop in price because the O/S and market cap math has me seeing a pps of .028. The new O/S has me paranoid. this new share structure and the way Matt words his PR's lately gets me paranoid. I don't like seeing constant ask prices with 4 or 5 zero's. It seems like Global Consortium is a awesome company. But the share structure, the things people say about matt, and Matts reputation is making me think I can make more money elsewhere. Matt does seem to lack Integrity. I believe in second chances but it doesn't seem like big time investors believe in matt. Something has been feeling off about this stock. Starting to have doubts about tggi. I feel he should have never created IGPK as a separate entity. TGGI should of had it's name changed to IGPK. I don't like how Matt juggles 3 tickers, and the way he gave away cannabis consortium when it was a tggi sub. I don't like how he gave away the device for 100,000,000 million shares when now those 100,000,000 are not nearly worth as much with 1,750,000,000 A/S. He looks like he has a shady side. Why didn't matt say 40,000,000 instead of 26,000,000 for the merger price originally? Not happy with BDCI or TGGI.
