Looking to me like Conway may be renting

Still researching, but it appears to me that the LLC bought the house from the prior owners (not Conway) sometime in June or July.

The Federal Tax Lien that was assessed in May, 2017, before the property was sold, lists the home on 36th St as a residence. This may be a standard document simply informing the Jackson County Recorder that if Conway does own a property, the IRS has a lien against it.

If Conway was living in the home before it was sold, then it was likely that he was/is a renter, and HP Missouri a subdivision of one of those companies that buys single family homes, then rents them out.
